Brrrr, it’s cold out there! But our horsey residents love to frolic in the snow and like Adoption Star Major pictured here at Redwings Oxhill in Warwickshire, they look truly beautiful in the frosty light!

Did you wake up to snow this morning? If so, we’d love to see your snowy pics too, so please share them below!

Big thanks go to Claire at Redwings Oxhill for this gorgeous photo of Major!

Cat's Eye Nebula
....  was one of the first planetary nebulae to be discovered, it is one of the most complex such nebulae seen in space. A planetary nebula forms when Sun-like stars gently eject their outer gaseous layers that form bright nebulae with amazing and confounding shapes.

The UK is now more religiously diverse than ever but at the same time the number of people with no religion is at an all-time high.  So how do you deal with your partner's faith in God if you don't have it? 'Tauseef' is an atheist ex-Muslim married to a practicing Muslim. He told his story to BBC Asian Network's Catrin Nye.

This image shows the 30 Doradus region of the Large Magellanic Cloud (LMC). The LMC is a satellite galaxy of our Milky Way and this particular region is the largest and most prolific star forming region in our galaxy. Many of the stars here are among the most massive known. Several of them are over 100 times more massive than our Sun.

Hubble Gives Us Our Best View Yet of the "Pillars of Creation"

NASA’s Hubble Space Telescope is celebrating the 25th anniversary of its launch this year and to commemorate the milestone it’s recently turned its gaze (during the course of about 15 orbits) back onto one of the most iconic targets of its career: the “Pillars of Creation,” five-light-year-high columns of cold gas in the process of being sculpted by the winds from hot young stars in the Eagle Nebula (M16), some 6,500 light-years away.
