My husband filed an appeal for my disability in November of 2015 . he contacted allsup January of 2016, I was approved May the 10th of 2016. go to the Social Security office to find out that allsup, who my husband had called repeatedly just to find out that they sighned on to our case 6 days prior to being approved and now they want their full 25% of all my back pay. I kind of think that's bullshit, considering my husband did all the work he is the one that sent in all medical papers new old anything that needed done or signed he sent into Social Security ,not allsup, he did all the work but they're the ones being paid if that's not bullshit I don't know what it is like I said Crooks, don't use them!! Oh I did talk to allsup about the 25% and all they told me was well too bad you sign the paper we will be paid like I said bullshit ,Crooks!!

They got me approved, but did not inform judge of their advice to me about continuing unemployment benifits during the application process. Allsup told me that I could repay the unemployment benefits with my back pay once disability was approved. The judge denied my back pay because on paper it looked like I was trying to hide it. Allsup should have documented our conversations regarding this.

Do not use this place, they have no idea what they are doing for the most part. As a disabled person life is already hard without these people making it worse. The first lady assigned to my case took all my information and called back several times in the next two weeks because "the computer" lost the information. This set my case back weeks and weeks. Then another person calls me and asked why I have not provided any information towards my claim. This is now 6 weeks in and they still don't have a record of 5 phone calls. Finally a person calls me for an interview to establish my case, and she was not helpful in anyway. They dont tell you ahead of time you need documents going back 15 years so your not ready and they rush the call. Tell you they may not take your doctors word and documentation over 5 years and you dont have a case unless you see the doctors they approve of. Sorry for the long review but I wanted to get this out there, being disabled is serious and Allsup cant help because their company is not training their associates. Also they take 25% of your first disability check so it works better for them to take forever so they get more money as the checks are back dated. Just use an SSI lawyer and dont trust allsup
