#2019 .... Yum !!!!!!! Water sautéed Yellow Cabbage, Yellow Onion and Ginger !! Got up at 4:30, meditated, drank my morning water, made my food for the day and just about to jump on my mini-trampoline ... it's not that HARD, we just need to get into the HABIT. So LUCKY !

#2019 Yoga for Our Spine … Many of the postures in yoga gently strengthen the muscles in the back, as well as the abdominal muscles. I LOVE YOGA ... IT FEELS SOOOO GOOD !
