Hey!
It's a tricky question my friend, because most probably you would like to know more about Ga and/or Rf interface. Depends on what you are looking for.
Why? The Gz interface is functionally equivalent to Ga for PS domain and/or Rf for Evolved PS domain. Because of that it's replaced by them.
You should find information about Ga/Gz in 32.240 3GPP and for Rf/Gz in 3GPP TS 32.251 and 32.299.

 Please have a look at S1 and X2 related articles to understand difference. Shortest answer would be that S1 happens over S1, and X2 HO happens over X2.

In 3g and 4g you have bearers - it's not clear what you are really asking me

I'm a M.Sc, B.Eng of Telco and Electronics from Poland who graduated both of his degree on Military University of Technology in Warsaw, Poland. I've created this blog to help myself as others gaining knowledge on LTE/4G and beyond. Hope that it will be, or maybe even was, useful to You.
