Before and After photos can be great tools to let folks know how far they've come. When Arbi first joined CFS a few years back, we sat down and had a long talk. As a result, he changed his lifestyle dramatically. He started doing programming specifically for him with a weightlifting bias, as he has a keen interest there. The result? More strength, better metrics overall, and he lost some weight too.

Only a small percentage of clients in a CrossFit gym should be competing in CrossFit, and they absolutely must be training with that in mind. Individualized competition oriented programming is key. CrossFit Survival offers that.

"I don't want to get too bulky" is a phrase often heard by women entering our gym. Laurie on the left is heavier and weaker. Laurie on the right is stronger and leaner.
