Modern bistro chain serving gourmet meat & veggie burgers. Some locations offer sushi & tacos.- Google
"Ordered veggie burgers, chopped salad, and onion rings."
"I got the Italian Turkey burger and he went for the Bacon cheddar burger."

Great burgers, wings and sushi. This location is just as good as the UWS one, but has a slightly larger menu (unless they just changed it since I was there). Always a nice bite. Avocado ranch burger is great. Wings are a must.

if your from Singapore this is a similar burger to the Spruce Burger. Its good and if your in the neighborhood its a fine establishment. SErvice for us was friendly efficient but not exceptional. But where they get a 4 star rating is the fries and milkshakes. These were exceptional. I like a fry that is small and fried so that the outside is crispy and the inside is moist. They delivered the perfect balance. The shakes are creamy and bursting with flavour. I'll come back just for that.

5 Napkin is a decent option in Hell's Kitchen if you're craving a burger. The stand out item is their sweet potato fries. The veggie burger is kind of a disappointment. The actual 5 Napkin Burger is decent, and good to it's word (messy). This location has the unique advantage of being in the Theatre District, and so you may get to see a few actors partaking in grub. Gets very busy, so if the wait exceeds 30 minutes, you're better off somewhere else.

The burger was delicious! All the way from Texas and I haven't had this good of a burger in a long time!

Overrated and undervalued. My experience was : very noisy restaurant, seated inches away from strangers who eavesdropped on our conversation the entire meal (get your own life people) and the "special burger" was described using typical meaningless words that are of the moment vernacular... Locally sourced (I don't want meat locally sourced from NYC), infused, organic, grass fed, etc. The end result was a completely Bland burger that, for a burger lover, was borderline bland at best. Even the bar sucked, with the bartender advising me they ran out of Gray Goose vodka and Stoli vodka at 7 pm on a Friday. How?!? For a better burger experience, head to Bonby Flay's Burger Palace or any other burger spot.

Really good atmosphere and design. Burgers all looked good and I had the avocado ranch, spectacular! I was on my own so sat at the bar where to service was acceptable, the guys serving the tables seemed to be more on their game. I'd go back.

Never again. The service was mediocre at best, thought it couldn't get much worse until we received the food. Quite possibly the worst quality food I've encountered on the Northern hemisphere, although the presentation looked alright. Both my stomache and that of my girlfriend had to endure the agony until our bodies had fully processed what they sold as food. Would only recommend if you enjoy taking Advil. Expensive also.

I guess it was just my trip here but I can't believe the service here would get any more than 1 star. I would put 0 if I could. I sat down with a friend and immediately the waiter was there to take our orders. Beers were on the table within 5 minutes, and then the wait for the food begins. 10min, 20min, 30min, no waiter, no food. 45 min, no waiter and no food. Then we see the people sitting next to us got served burgers and they came in a half hour after us. Finally we grab a bus boy and ask him and he sets out to find our waiter. Now an hour in (with no food and 1 beer each) the busboy finds our waiter. He tells him and points to us and the waiter runs over to the register and you can obviously see he's ringing it up. He forgot. He comes back to the table and says "the kitchen is slow it'll be out soon". We explained how people who came in after us have eaten and left already and we really were hungry. His response was disappointing so my friend said "honestly i'm just a little frustrated and at this point I don't want the burgers any longer". The waiter walks away, comes back and places the bill for the 2 beers on the table and walks away. He didn't even try to make things up to us or try to talk to us to fix things. We wouldn't have taken anything free but a sincere apology or the truth would have been sufficient. Don't think Ill be back here. No matter how good the burger is it's not worth the disrespect we were given.
