its another over hype place with a good location. The burger barely required 1 napkin for consumption and i was pretty disappointed because it was kinda dry for a medium cooked burger. the flavor combinations were not too impressive, and iceberg lettuce? come on, you should know better than that. Anyway, its ok if you are really desperately finding a place to eat in Union Sq and you got some billz to throw.

One of the best buffalo chicken sandwiches in the area. The beers are good, but are better when they are cheap during happy hour. If you have the extra room, do yourself a favor, order the onion rings. You will leave very happy.

We had a veggi burger and the 5 napkin burger, both tasted very well. It felt a bit on the pricy side, but the staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was great. All in all a good experience, we would eat here again.

Let's see, first I ordered water and they brought me a cup with no ice and the water was room temp. My Caesar salad was good and fresh. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with only Swiss cheese and lettuce and they forgot the bun! So overall, it was ok. Food tasted good and service was good.

Great burgers and friendly staff - You can't go wrong with the original, but sometimes I like to switch it up and go Greek with the lamb burger with tzatziki sauce. I also noticed a medium burger here seems to be cooked slightly more than other places I've been, so maybe order one step down from what you usually have (though it tastes just as juicy anyways). Plus, the bathrooms have tissue boxes! Very convenient and something I don't usually see in a restaurant.

Wanted to like the place. Ordered veggie burgers, chopped salad, and onion rings. Bun was dry. Burger patty was quite good. Salad was boring and expensive though the dressing was nice. Flaccid fries. Burgers were missing pickles. We asked for them twice and they finally brought them after we finished. The onion rings were ordered as a starter but came, after we asked twice for them, after we finished the burgers. The rings were hot, which would have been good if they were thoroughly cooked, but they weren't. They charged extra (a lot, I thought) for grilled onions on the burger. They tried to charge extra for the pickles that had been left off the burger in the first place. Waiter was pleasant but inattentive and slow to rectify the errors. No tip for you!
