If you're looking for honest, legit work on your vehicle, Yearwood is the place to go. First timer here so I was a bit skeptical. But I quickly got over it. . The main staff was respectful and professional. But most importantly, it was affordable. Break Masters was going to charge $800 for the exact same service. Yearwood charged $300. Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service. They tell you 2 hours to complete a job and it turns into 6. They could at least call. My sales rep was fired the day I paid for my system. Apparently he was lying to people to get more sales, which is what happened to me. I ended up having to pay more money and waste more time because of this. The regional manager gave me a discount on the replacement system and seemed to genuinely care. However the staff need serious customer service training.

Terrible customer service. Terrible products. I bought a replacement battery charger for my MacBook. It stopped charging after 6 days. It even began to smoke when I connected it. I called the business back and they wouldn't answer so I drove over there.. They said they'd call me back within 3 days, when they get a new shipment that way they can exchange it. A whole week went by and no phone call. Everytime I call that 209 number it goes directly to voicemail. I had to actually drive to the business twice and bang on their door just to speak with them. After noticing a few new ads on craigslist saying "Apple laptop chargers ALWAYS IN STOCK" I called them up and of course, no answer. So I drove down there and demanded a refund. This business has terrible customer service. Terrible communication, terrible products. Don't be fooled. Save a few extra bucks and buy from the actual manufacture. I should have listened to the first review on here. Update(Nov. 17, 2012): My comments are not lies, and I have two witnesses to prove it. I also have my call records if this person is really willing to take it there. My issue was not immediately addressed, as they claim and they did not offer the refund. I had to ask for it. There's no need for me to lie, I gain nothing from it. I'm simply offering my opinion based on my experience. The fact that they are calling me a liar speaks volumes about this company now. I was once a paid customer -- but no more. El Paso, you've been warned!

Incompetent employees, terrible installation skills. They wanted to charge me to replace the screen protector even though they messed up on instalation. Morons.
