Employees can be more knowledgeable of smart home devices but they are all kind and willing to help. Good selection of smart home products.

Always dark, grey and gloomy by color choice, it goes with the fact that there's not enough help there. Aisles (plumbing and electric parts) are not stocked well, are messy, have missing items, and missing department attendants. The guy from electrical supplies was not happy to help a female with FOUR simple needs for plumbing my spa in. He treated me like I was stupid (I am not, and I have experience), and he was visibly miffed that I hauled him (too close to 9pm!) from pushing in the grills, for stuff he KNEW they didn't have, though it was standard stuff. Told me I was 'gonna have to rig something'. It took him about three full minutes to 'lighten up' a little bit, by then, I felt like pushing his grill in. So I bailed out of his 'attitude', and got (two of four items I needed) what they had. Then I found what items they DIDN'T have in stock at the Home Depot, which was open an hour later, had a brighter, less subdued appearance, and a cheerful, helpful (yes, male) employee, who didn't treat me curtly. Lowes is low and getting lower, and going down.

Always easy to buy things and always easy to return. Customer service is always friendly and helpful. Just helped me find a receipt from over 6 months ago.

i bought a new dish washer from this location. had it scheduled for delivery for my day off. waited from morning until 4 pm it hadnt shown. called the delivery dept. 3 times before i got someone on the phone. by this time it was 615pm. they told me they didnt get the delivery slip until after the truck left. ( NOTHING LIKE CALLING ME AND LETTING ME KNOW IT WASNT COMING ) They set it up for the next day and said i would be first on the list. i guess they dont start until 430pm cause thats what time it finally showed up. i lost a whole days pay because of this and no one at lowes even cared. will never shop there again. you have lost my business. i just cut my lowes charge card in half...

A little expensive but knowledgeable staff and clean store. Staff is always helpful and attentive. I always receive good how to advice.

I am not sure who these other people talked to, but I was dealing with Stephen Deperty, on of the managers of this store. The customer service he provided, the communication follow through, his positive attitude along with being extremely friendly and polite was far beyond anything I have experienced in a long long time! With managers like that you will do well Lowe's!

I signed in and as I was putting in all my information even though I have a My Lowe's card. I hit backspace and it took me back several pages, not just back one space. Once again I put all my information in got to the end after putting in my Lowe's charge card information I hit the final purchase tab. Then I got a warning that the page had malfunctioned. Now I am not sure if my order was placed or not. I guess I am going to have to check by phone later. Meanwhile I thought I would place the order all over again and just cancel one if and I mean if because I never got a confirmation email. However, my card showed empty when I went back on the Lowe's site. So I found my items to purchase placed them in my cart again.This time when I tried to go on My Lowe's to start my order again. It said the My Lowe's was showing page error, try to refresh if that didn't work try back at a later time. I guess maybe they really didn't want my $500.00 dollars. They can't seem to have a website that works. Just went back on their website and my cart was empty again in just 5 hours time.

I had Someone go way above and beyond to find me a product that I thought was discontinued, he searched, found it and ordered it for me! everyone here is very helpful and Nice!
