My company bought us all take out the other day, and I instead of ordering one of their amazing burgers ordered "The Big Salad". When my co-worker returned with the food, I was very disappointed when I opened it up. It was not at all what I expected for a $10 salad, I may have paid half of that. There was no meat, a slice of two cheeses, some chopped tomatoes, and a few slices of onion with a little crumbled bacon and blue cheese, and no dressing. I normally don't complain, but I was really looking forward to the salad. I am a semi regular customer and have always had good experiences, and the burgers and garlic fries are one of my faves! Anyhow, I did call and complain, but of course could not leave work to go get a new salad. One of the managers actually answered my call, he was so kind and apologetic. He more than took care of me and I am grateful he cares enough about their customers to make it right. I thank you, Jimmy :) Your forever loyal customer, Tiffany

I have lunch at Lucky 13 about every three weeks. I came in today for lunch and noticed a bar back with a name tag of “FNG”. Funniest thing I’ve seen in a while. His name is Lorne (don’t know about the spelling, since his name tag only said “FNG”). During my lunch, I had the opportunity to talk with him and watch him work during my lunch. This young man has a great work ethic and knows what he is doing. He is hoping to move up in your organization. It seemed to me he is serious about this job and the growth it brings along with it in this time in his life. I was in the bar and restaurant business for about 10 years, so I know exceptional workers when I see one. If you would like to talk, don’t hesitate to call.

While I enjoy the atmosphere the outside presents, the service is probably some of the worst I've had. I joined my sister and a couple of her friends for a night of fun after a Utes' game and it just got from bad to worse. We originally got here and they said it was a going to be an hour wait. We got here a little after 5pm, and it has been more than 2.5 hours and they have not even been able to sit a group of 6 inside. We're sitting our here trying to enjoy what warmth they have on the patio. We've tried talking to the guy who is suppose you seat us, Rob, or Mr. Mutton chops, and he was the worst host I've had. He just stands there casually seating groups of 4 or less, not even trying to sit our group of 6 or join 2 tables. When we talk to him, he says they have nothing but reserved tables for all of the smaller groups. I can understand having some reservations for most of the night, but not even having someone come out and tell us the situation or apologizing makes the experience worse. Even though all this we have someone wait on us for food, and God bless Jayda, she was very relaxed and welcoming after our 2.5 hours for waiting. It is because of her that I give this 2 stars. As far as the food goes it is good, but if you want a spot on a saturday, apparently you need to call in a "WEEK" in advance.

The best burgers you can buy. I highly recommend the Big Benny if you come at an early enough time (they won't make it for you if it's busy). It is 28 ounces of beef with bacon, ham, cheese, onions, the works! If you can't get them to make it for you, then the Pig pen is a smaller, more manageable version. Mmm now I'm craving burgers.

One of our favorite places for Sunday drinks and brunch. The breakfast items are absolutely delicious, unique, and are large enough to usually split. Patio seating in the summer is delightful. Try to get a table that is not under an umbrella so someone in your party doesn't end up getting blasted by the sun. Parking can also be a little bit challenging, but there are places across the street. Just be careful not to park in a place where you'll get towed.

Was staying in downtown SLC for a work conference and had this recommended to me by multiple friends as a great dinner spot. Super convenient location to the TRAX train. I had the celestial burger with cajun fries. The bacon was a great complement without overpowering the onions and cheddar. The burger was cooked a little past medium but still juicy. They had a nice beer selection to boot and the bartenders were friendly and happy to provide recommendations.

Had the old man burger it was fantastic, my fiancé had the breath enhancer and loved it the Cajun fries, and the garlic rosemary fries were great, beer was cold! Would have gave it five stars but our waitress disappeared the last twenty minutes we were there and we would have liked another beer before we left and our food cleared after we finished. But it will definitely be a place I frequently visit for the food alone!

Fantastic atmosphere. Cool bar, good selection of beers and cocktails. Very friendly staff; Brandon was very awesome. Tried the Celestial burger and it did not disappoint. Trixie the Redbeard is an awesome manager and very fun guy. The cherry on top was the 20% military discount. Definitely coming back again and again.
