Fine dining in Cardiff that is accessible to all. The price for the set lunch is affordable. The service was great. The food was constructed and combined very well, they clearly have a top chef working hard.

Gambolled in late on a rainy Saturday night only to be turned away because the place had been 'booked out'. There were only ten ppl present at the time. Surely drinks could have been served to a brace of lads...but alas no! Poor service

My partner and I decided to express our dining experience we had in Park House Club on Saturday as there isn't many good restaurants like it in Cardiff. This was our first visit to this restaurant (beautiful building). We had an excellent meal (tasting menu), it is definitely one of the best restaurants we have eaten in Cardiff. Usually I can find some faults wherever I dine but I'm struggling to find any here as everything was excellent including the staff. One more thing! The PIANIST is phenomenal.

We've eaten here twice and on both occasions the food has been excellent and the staff have been very attenative with excellent knowledge of the food and wine. The wine list is both good and competitively priced with occasional bin-ends if your'e lucky. Tomas has provided excellent service on both visits. We would love to visit more in the future as long as the Parents dont't mind Babysitting. It's our first choice in Cardiff for a first class dining experience.

Choosing what we wanted to offer our guests was very difficult as the meals available were so imaginative. The ability to have a taster meal was very much welcomed by us. Quite frankly the food was scrumptious: high quality ingredients were put to the very best of use. All day the service of the staff was top notch: courteous and unobtrusive. We were made to feel very special in a very special venue. Thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our wedding day at the Park House, the venue was amazing, the staff were friendly and accommodating in respect to my allergies with the food, which was delicious. The guests also complimented the food, saying it was the nicest they had had at a wedding. I cannot fault the day and also the staff, especially Claire who made sure the day was exactly how we wanted it to be. It was perfect.

You'll notice that aside from four hilarious reviews from staff - on the same day - (which they actually then use on their OWN website!), the reviews are universally very very negative. This is because the owner, Adam Pledger, is rude, arrogant, obnoxious, and keeps losing good suppliers because he doesn't pay them. His attitude means that staff don't stick around long which leads to no consistency of staff or supplies - hence the reviews. He's changed the company name three times to avoid paying his debts. Avoid - especially if you are a supplier. UPDATE: There is a proposal to strike this company off at Companies House. If you are a supplier- CHASE YOUR MONEY *NOW*..... UPDATE 2: Park House (Cardiff) Ltd, company number 06608534 was DISSOLVED on 18/10/11. Sole Director: Adam Pledger. My condolences to all those suppliers that didn't get their money they were chasing. No doubt he will open up under holding company (for the fifth time) and screw some more suppliers.
