PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!! YOU WILL REGRET!!! This review is for the so called service Director Mark Particelli and the rental coordinator Luke Michel. Both are assholes. I wish i could give -100 stars to these two and also the whole dealership. I brought my car here for a transmission work and took 3 weeks to do the job. In the mean time they gave us a rental because my car was under the warranty. However, This Dog "Luke" accused my brother of stealing that rental which he was not allowed to drive because of being under 21. This Luke guy told me in front of other customers that my brother stole the car. Unbelievable. Anyway, being insulted there, then i went to talk to this so called director Mark Particelli. "Another big mouthed Dog". But before i could talk to him, this Luke guy is already in his office and making up a story and then unleashed the director on me when i made a complaint about this Luke guy. I told him how his employee insulted me and accused my brother of stealing the rental car. But this "Director" tried to depend his worker and blamed everything on me. He was yelling at me like he was my father or like an enemy. I was pissed the way he was talking to me And after a little while, told me he wouldn't listen to me anymore and called me an idiot. I couldnt believe it!!! This was my first and last time going to this dealership. Go to hell Clay Nissan.

Olritch Germain helped me with my recent purchase of a used Altima. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured at any point. I highly recommend these guys, especially Olritch.

I'm on my second Nissan Rogue in the last 5 years right now and I would never dream of buying a car or having it serviced by any company other than Clay Nissan of Newton. The sales experience has been great both times but what really stands out for me is the personal attention that I get from George Brown and the service department. I drove Fords for 25 years and never used the dealership's service department for anything other than warranty work. George and his team at Clay do all of my routine maintenance as well as taking care of a few minor issues that I've had over the years. I get in and out of the dealership fast when it comes to my routine service. On the one occasion where they had to keep my car for a few days George provided me with a loaner. The vehicle itself is obviously what brings me or any other customer to a particular dealership but the service department at Clay in Newton is what keeps me coming back. I really can't imagine going anywhere else!

I would like to acknowledge Valerie Benson for her continuous service excellence. I bought my car in 2010 and can honestly say that I have my car serviced ONLY at Clay. Val is one of the reasons I continue to return for each service (and George too). Val is professional, friendly, honest and knows her stuff! She always greets each customer with a smile and is happy to discuss and answer all of the questions you might have (and I have a lot of them). To say Val is "Best In Class" is an understatement! I will continue to frequent Clay Nissan because of employees like Val (George and Brad). I look forward to buying my next vehicle there! Scott

I have been a customer of Clay Nissan for about 2 years now. I don't know why I didn't go to them sooner! They have made every experience in the Service Department a dream! Appointments are made with ease, my car is ready when promised, and usually the price comes in under the estimate. My Service Advisor is Brad, and in the couple of times he wasn't available, the other guys there made me just as comfortable! If you need service on your Nissan, Clay Nissan in Newton is the place to be! (The free warm cookies, coffee and popcorn don't hurt either!)

i came with a flashing airbag light, they gave me a quote for 3000$ to replace the whole passenger chair. i tried to get the parts number , they were rude on the phone passing me from one to one. i started digging about this problem i realized the part itself is 1200$. so i wondered why the 3000$ so i called them and suddenly they say oh we can actually do it for 1600-1700 $. i went to a different dealer which was very honest. he said i might want to try and get a used part. i found a used chair and fixed the problem in 400$ instead of the initial 3000$ i would not suggest this dealer to anyone!!!! they are only after your money.!!!

My experience at Clay Nissan of Newton was excellent. Nick Balgobin treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy. He’s extremely professional, friendly and very knowledgeable . That was great and very helpful in my decision! This was the first time I've purchased a vehicle from Clay, but this was by far the best car buying experience I have had! Nick made the process so easy. Even after bombarding him with emails :)… he went above and beyond my expectations and I would definitely recommend Nick and Clay Nissan of Newton to my family and friends! I love my new Nissan Rogue. Thank you Nick for a GREAT experience Ganesh

Great and knowledgeable service staff. Ruben from service, seems to always know what's wrong simply by asking me a few questions. By far my best experience by a service department and the reason I've been a loyal customer for many years.
