The experience dealing with Campers Inn, Ben McDonald, was excellent. We pretty much knew what we wanted when we got there, but Ben took to the time to answer all our questions. There was no pressure during the visit. We went back a few weeks later to finalize the deal. Lance and Ben are working with us to make sure we get the best rates from the banks. Definitely a positive experience and would recommend Campers Inn to anyone.

I went to Campers Inn in Merrimack NH. I told Marc that I had questions about campers as I never owned a camper. My husband and I were going to be purchasing our first camper in the spring. I told Marc up front that I was only looking. He answered all my questions, no pressure. Never looked at his watch he took the time that I needed. I was so impressed with the knowledge that he had. I went back home to tell my husband that we were going to buy from Marc. We purchased our first camper February 7th with the delivery date of April of 2014. A few weeks ago I went to see Marc. He started the process for me to purchase a little bit bigger camper. His sales associate Dale Dubois finished helping me purchase my new camper. Marc was helping another customer. I traded my 2014 Sportsmen Classic for a 2016 Cherokee Grey Wolf Limited. What a beauty!!!!. Marc and Dale are the best!!! Both very knowledgeable and helping to build a customer relationship instead of a sale. Dale went out of their way to make sure it was delivered on time to the campground, due to my schedule. I will recommend them to anyone that is interested in buying a camper. Those are the sales reps that I love to deal to. Campers Inn, you need to hire more sales associates like Marc Hamel and Dale Dubois Thank you for being the BEST EVER!!!

I bought a new coachman travel trailer from campers inn. The sales woman did everything we asked for and answered every phone call. We also needed some small repairs done after we had the trailer delivered. As soon as I called for service they made an appointment and the service tech came out. Thought the experience was good.

Just a note on our salesman, Toby Wheeler. My husband and I were in the market for a camper. Being "Newbies" in the camping scene we didn't want to break the bank with all the bells and whistles. We had checked campers at another facility and did get a feeling of being pressured into something that was above and beyond what we needed. After meeting Toby listened to what we wanted to get to try our hands in the camping world. He found /had exactly what we needed, no pressure. I do have to say that I am one who reads reviews. I have read many poor reviews on Campers Inn. We had spent thousands of dollars there for repairs and upkeep of our 2003 Winnebego. On their behalf, I would like to offer my opinion. I have to say that Brendan, the manager of the service department was VERY helpful and workable with our situation. I did become a little heated but Brendan kept his cool and worked out a workable solution with us. I would like to thank the Service Department for their work and Brendan for working with me to resolve my problems. I am very happy with the service we received. Give them a chance. They seem to have a great manager now so ask for Brendan if you have a problem. Thank you Campers Inn of Merrimack. :)

We went to Camper's Inn over a week ago to check out a 5th wheel. Spoke with Mark, the salesman, about a Solitude, but the one we were interested in was in a show the upcoming weekend so if we wanted to see it we should come back at the end of the next week. We discussed the camper, and he said if you have any questions feel free to email we did. It took him a few days to get back to us, but we understood knowing he was involved in the show and spent his weekend in Boston. He did get back to us, and we sent follow up questions with which he responded he had a call in to the manufacturer and would get back to us. He never did, so today we decided to go to Campers Inn and see our new potential 5th wheel. When we walked in we were, I guess you can say, "greeted" by 2 men. One of them asked us if he could help us, we said we were there to see Mark, the salesman we had visited earlier, to see a 5th wheel he told us to come back to see. We were told that we probably could not see it today because it is snowing. What?! It's winter, we were told to come back, and we did, but we were not told they would not show us the 5th wheel if it was snowing, and we were not advised to call ahead. He then told us he would go see if Mark was available. Soon after, the other man behind the front desk came over and asked us if we would like would like a cup of coffee and if we needed to use the rest room and pointed to where they were. You could tell he was very sincere in trying to accommodate us, he also told us Mark would be with us in 5 to 10 minutes. 15 minutes later the same person came over and suggested we go stand outside Mark's office window by the benches to get Mark's attention, that Mark likes to talk. Okay, so we do. Awkward! Mark does not even acknowledge us, he continues on with his conversation as if we are not even there. One of the men he was talking with even approached us to apologize for holding him up. Not sure if these were a group of friends catching up, or if there was a sale happening, regardless, out of respect, a "Hi Guys, nice to see you, I'll be with you in a minute!" Nope, nothing!! So, after waiting for what was supposed to be 5 to 10 minutes and turned into 45 to 50 minutes, we decided to leave and go to Cold Springs in Weare, NH. So refreshing to be treated properly. What made it even better, the owner personally came over to speak to us and say if he did not carry what we wanted, he would be more than happy to help us make it happen regardless. Goes without saying who's getting our business. Guess a $72,000 5th wheel is not worth Campers Inn efforts. Business must be really good!
