Great song by perhaps one of the top 10 guitarists alive. His slide guitar is unmatchable. I like the live version too!

I am surprised that the PC police haven't had this video removed.  Love it!

I have had problems at the Hesperia AZ. Once over a battery, once over some lifetime guaranteed U joints and recently over parts ordered. In the case of the U joints, the receipt was long gone, but the joints were supposed to be guaranteed for life. They had no record of them, so I had to purchase again. Battery was dead, but they wouldn't make it good unless I left it for the day. I had an appointment, so I purchased a new one at Costco. I have also had parts that were ordered and not shown up when they were supposed to be. The delay cost me time and money. The Hesperia AZ also doesn't keep their testing equipment up, nor do they teach their employees how to use it. I took several ignition modules to be tested. According to the clerk, none were good. So I asked for a new one. The clerk got it and I had him test it. It failed. Rather then buy a new one, I took all of my old ones to another AZ store and they all passed. Either the employee didn't know what he was doing or the machine was broke. I later inquired about the machine and if they had it fixed. A different assistant manager said he didn't even know there was a problem with it. Lol! Depending on who is in charge at the time, customer service at the Hesperia AZ is a roll of the dice. I have had clerks put me on hold for 15-20 mins. I have had to wait in line behind 7 people while only 1 or 2 clerks work the counter. There has also been times when no one is working a register, so customers have to wait to get checked out. I generally go to one of the other AZs, NAPA or OReillys. One big problem with all of the AZs is their receipts and warranty information. Their receipts are printed using thermal printers. If you purchase a product with a lifetime warranty and have to use the receipt several years down the road. It may be unreadable. The receipts fade. I cannot help but think that is one reason why they use them. They can warranty a product for life, but if their receipts don't last, the consumer is sol. The idea of entering info into a data base for long term storage is a good idea. But it only works if the employee does it correctly and no one later scrubs the account. I have purchased a few items with lifetime warranties, only to find they have no record of them. This is not just an AZ problem. A better system would be giving consumers access to their purchase accounts? Amazon does it. That way the consumer can monitor and print out records of their purchases. It certainly would protect consumers from some corporate/manager funny business.

Thought it would be great to have a new P&P. This isn't it. Poorly run, inventory is shot and the help is rude. Don't waste your time.
