Where to dine when World Cup viewing is your gooooooooooaaaaalllll..
The ; World Cup ;is under way, continuing through July 13. Because just about all the World Cup matches begin at 5 p.m. or earlier Chicago time, this is more an early-bar event than a restaurant thing. Nevertheless, a few restaurants are stepping up (and opening early).

Two good 2 be ignored...
Deuces are wild at Two restaurant, which gets its name because there are two owners, it's their second restaurant (the now-shuttered Zak's in Hinsdale was the first) and the West Town dining room has a "second life" by way of the reclaimed materials used in its decor.

The new Le Meridien Chicago-Oakbrook Center hotel (2100 Spring Rd., Oak Brook) won't debut until next month, but when it does, it will do so with a Latin-Spanish fusion restaurant called El Tapeo, which takes its name from the phrase "vamos de tapeo" (roughly, "let's go for tapas").
