Mary Lawler is an awesome stylist at Soho Salon. Especially good with curly hair. Also did a super up-do for me for my son's wedding. HIGHLY recommend!

Spread the word - SOHO salon does NOT deserve our business! I also bought a Living Social deal and have tried to contact them multiple times by phone, leaving messages each time, with no reply. I physically walked into the salon and the person at the counter said that Living Social sold too many deals and they were swamped> He promised they would honor the deal but the only way to get an appointment was to contact the technician who contracted the deal. I called the phone number he gave me for her and continue to reach voicemail with no reply to my messages.

This salon is horrible. I have called them 7 times in the last week to redeem a Groupon and left 3 messages and they never called me back. My groupon has since expired and still have not heard back yet. I would definitely not recommend them. This was so upsetting to me that this is now my first rating.

First off let me say the salon was dusty & filthy! Hair & dust everywhere! The bathroom can use some tlc. The stylist took a very long time, we had two appointments. We had a groupon deal which offered a cut, style, conditioning treatment & blowdry. He refused to straighten my daughters hair because of the texture & said he would do it for an extra $70! But proceeded to straighten my moms & honored the entire deal for her. Our appointment was at 10am, we got out of there at 3pm. The "highlights" are barely noticeable & the "style" wasn't really what my mother wanted. She asked for layers & feathering and she got a bob. The owner wasn't very welcoming either. Ugh where's the customer service nowadays? Don't think I would be revisiting that salon again.

Purchased a Livingsocial deal on April 25th, 2013 for 3 gel manicures for $42. I've called 7 times and left messages - as no one answers the phone - and have not received a call back. I am now fighting with Livingsocial for a refund. Anyone else have this experience? This is my first and last Livingsocial experience. And the Soho Salon, which looks so lovely from the outside, must have some serious issues.

Soho was more like a spa than a salon. Amazing service, relaxing atmosphere. The owner, Chas Inzinna, actually wrote the Hair Color Formula Encyclopedie for the entire Beauty Industry. Looks like we have one of the top color artists in the World in our own backyard...who knew?

I have never experienced such a bad service not to mentioned the attitude Chaz had towards his client. I would not be surprised he is the only person providing all the positive feed back. The whole experience at Soho salon was not only a waste of time but also a waste of money. I would rather go to Scott Miller where at least they care more for their clients. I would also check out that new place called Brio which has better full service (including SPA on second floor) as well as better customer service.

BE WARNED! I would NOT recommend this salon to anyone. After not receiving a phone call about my first appointment being cancelled, I rescheduled for another day. When I showed up, the place was completely locked up - lights off. No response whatsoever from the salon about why I was never contacted. Very dissatisfied with their customer service - or lack thereof.
