I don't know how many of you know this but I'm a writer with a blog. Over the past several years I have used the forum to post spiritual devotionals. However when Brad became ill with cancer this year, I used it to share a few personal and spiritual struggles.

Since he has passed away, I have decided to keep posting about my personal journey. This last week i wrote about how it feels to be a widow.

Brad was diagnosed with duodenal cancer 12/27/14 and had the Whipple procedure just two short weeks ago. It has been a surreal, shocking, and totally unexpected bend in our life's journey. #cancer #devotional   #Whippleprocedure   #God   #duodenalcancer
