Introduction
Texas Peanut Producers Board funds research, education, promotion and market development efforts to support the state's peanut producers.

The Texas Peanut Producers Board is the state's oldest agricultural commodity board, established in 1969. The board is under the direction of 12 peanut producers from across the state.

Texas is the second largest peanut-producing state in the United States. And it's home to the largest peanut-producing county - Gaines County - in the entire country!
