It's a nice store with nice merchandise but I had a problem with an item and am unsure if it's been fixed. I purchased a store brand sleeping bag that was regularly priced for $79.99 but was on sale for $54.99 (or something like that). When I got to the check-out the full price of $79.99 came up. I inquired as to if I had to proper sleeping bag because I had pulled it from a bin with the latter price. They corrected it and charged me $54.99 plus tax. I'm just wondering how many people paid full price?

Just went over to have some Gelato on this super hot day. It was a little on the pricey side but the ice cream was amazing. My favourite is the chocolate peanut butter. I paid about $6 (after tax) for a medium cup.. which turned out to be too much. It looks small but has a lot of ice cream in it.

I only order out from this place so can't really comment on the decor, as for service, my interactions are with the guy on the phone and the person who delivers. This pizza is pretty good, not amazing but better than most. I still have a few places to try in Orleans. If they would add a little more in the way of toppings I think this place would be a contender.

Bought a foot bag for $20.99, which I found was quite expensive but figured it would be good quality. Two weeks later the item has a small tear in the side. I bring it back for an exchange and am denied because I don't have a receipt. The clerk recognized me so I'm not sure why a receipt was necessary. I didn't want my money back, just a non-defective item.

This place WAS awesome. Their classic poutine was right up there with any chip stand in Quebec. All of a sudden they have cut back on their toppings. I used to share a large with my girlfriend (they are huge) and they would put four scoops of cheese and drown it in gravy. The last few weeks they've cut down to two scoops of cheese and a little less gravy than before. The result is I end up with a bunch of dry cheeseless fries towards the end. It's too bad, this was THE place to get poutine in Orleans.

Not much wrong with the food or the serving size, it's mostly to do with the price. Most entre's are $12.99 with options to add on to them and the food you get is a fraction of what you would expect for that price. I had a Caesar salad, which was listed at $12.99, and to add chicken to it was another $3. For $3 I got 5 thin slices of chicken that probably made up less than half a breast. After tax and tip my meal was over $20 when it should have been below $10. I will avoid this place from now on.

I brought my cat in with a limp and right away it was the usual blood test and x-ray sales pitch. I seem to get this more and more often and would love if a vet would actually examine my cat before wanting me to dish out $400. I got the vet to examine the leg and give me her best guess... she finally said it could be arthritis (cat is 15 years old) but she still wanted to make sure it wasn't a fracture (cat didn't fuss when having leg played with) or some kind of disease (huh?). I paid for the visit and got out of there. Another vet office crossed off my list.
