Attended a work event in one of the conference rooms so i can't speak to the hotel rooms however the conference rooms were clean and spacious. Service was top notch as well as the catering. Staff was professional, polite and quick to help with any issues and food service.

Have nothing to add about rooms as I only there for a short while for a wedding. Absolutely beautiful hotel and sights, staff was helpful and friendly and the valet was on point despite a large party arriving for a wedding

It might be a little rough around the edges but that's mostly because they're undergoing some renovations but it's still well worth the cost and it's located nearby most places you want to visit.

Rooms were clean and rather nice, the area wasn't quite as nice but the hotel can't really change that. The hassle of needing a key card and "pass" for breakfast was rather irksome but so was being hassled about nor being able to take food back up to the room from the free breakfast.
