အရင္တုန္းကေတာ့ screen resolution ေတြ စတုရန္း က်က် 4:3 size နဲ႔ လာၾကတာမ်ားတယ္ ။ ဒီတုန္းက CRT monitor ေတြပဲ ႐ွိၾကတာကိုး ။ Wide screen Monitor ဆို မ႐ွိသေလာက္ပါပဲ ။ ထို႔အတူ ဂိမ္းေတြလည္း resolution ကို စတုရန္း size နဲ႔ ပဲ ထုတ္ၾကတယ္ ။ အခုကေတာ့ နည္းပညာ အဆင့္ျမင့္လာၿပီး wide screen ေမာ္နီတာေတြ ထုတ္လာၾကသလို ဂိမ္းေတြလဲ wide screen ratio နဲ႔ ပဲ ထုတ္လာၾကတယ္ ။ အရင္က ဂိမ္းေတြ ဥပမာ Warcraft III Frozen Throne လိုမ်ိဳး ဂိမ္းေတြကို Wide screen monitor မွာ ကစားၾကေတာ့ Full screen အျပည့္မရပဲ resolution က နံေဘးႏွစ္ဖက္က မည္းၿပီး စတုရန္း ဆိုဒ္ပဲ ျပေတာ့တယ္ ။ သူ႔ ဂိမ္း default size က 1274 x 768 ဆိုေတာ့ wide screen resolution ျဖစ္တဲ့ 1366 x 768 မွာ အျပည့္မဝင္ပဲ ပိုေနတဲ့ ေနရာမွာ အမည္းႀကီး ျဖစ္ေနတာပါ ။ အခု ေျပာျပမယ့္ နည္းကေတာ့ wide screen resolution မွာ ေဘး ၂ ဘက္ အမည္းျပားႀကီး မေပၚပဲ အျပည့္ဝင္ေအာင္ လုပ္တဲ့ နည္းေလး ျဖစ္ပါတယ္ ။

" Everything you mention in this post are 100% right, I am totally agree this. To lose 1 lb of fat, you need to burn 3500 Cal and this is not an easy way. If you cannot change your metabolic rate, you have no easy way to burn about 20 to 30 lbs fat that equal (75,000 to 105,000) calories. In this matter you need to increase your metabolic rate by at least 25% or more no matter what you age is. But I want to talk about very important point is, you fail to mention about, metabolic rate, hormone activity, and the role of sugar and insulin. (1) First of all, metabolic rate are not constant and changing by many factors. Metabolic rate play a big row in the fat burning and storing concept. For example, metabolic rate can change depend on your age, and also depend on your live style, the type of food you eat and the stress amount you have. (2) Secondly, hormone activity is also very important, For example, I totally agree that HIIT exercise is the most profitable exercise, but in real world you need the right hormone release to get After Burn Effect ( ABE ). HIIT is very good, but the key point is during HIIT, how many muscle groups are involved in the HIIT exercise. The more muscle groups involved in the HIIT exercise, the more Testosterone (T-Hormone ) release. T-hormone is not only depend on the exercise you do, it is depend on very big factors such as your age, your life style, your diet and your stress amount. (3) And also, sugar and insulin play a big role in this matter, the more insulin spike in your blood, the more your metabolic rate is decrease. So you also need to make sure, to maintain insulin spike. To regulated insulin level, you need to keep glycemic index (GI )value low diet. Yes, your enemy is sugar, no matter any amount of sugar you eat, you will decrease metabolic rate. The author you have mentions said the following 6 points. And those mentions are not wrong, but author need to explain more perfectly because the short version was not understand for most people.
(1) အိပ္စက္ပါ, I agree this is because this is meaning, you need enough sleep and need to have good quality of sleep to get require hormone and to be better metabolic rate.
(2)ကိုယ္လက္လႈပ္ရွား (လမ္းေလွ်ာက္၊ ေျပး၊ ဒါမွမဟုတ္ Planking အိမ္ထဲမွာလုပ္), This is every one agree, because you need to do dynamic exercise activity or static activity, Planking is static exercise, it can burn calories like a dynamic exercise also.
(3) သၾကားကို ရန္သူလိုသတ္မွတ္ပါ. This is very important, even you eat a little of sugar that rise your insulin level and make your metabolic rate down and stop T-hormone release.

(4)Vitamin C လိုအပ္ပါတယ္. This is not perfect because you need Vitamin C, but you also need other vitamins and minerals. Especially the most essential vitamin you need is Vitamin B12, the B12 version you need is methyl cobalamin, Vitamin B12 version (b12 cyano cobalamin) will not raise your metabolic rate. You also need Green Tea or EGCG antioxidant compound.

(5) အဆီစားပါ. This is also right, but author fail to mention what kind of specific fats you need to eat and what kind of fat you are not support to eat. You eat only specific kind of fats, such as Omega 3 (ALA + EPA+ DHA) and also extra virgin Olive oil or avocado oil as monounsaturated fat source. You do not eat Saturated fat, Tran fat or hydrogenated oil. Do not eat a lot of Omega 6 Polyunsaturated fat. Because you need to keep Omega 3 to Omega 6 ratio is 1:1 to 1:4. The only 2 kinds of fat you eat is Omega 3 (ALA+EPA+DHA) and Omega 9 (monounsaturated fat). Why you eat Omega 9 fatty acid is, to replace Omega 6 by Omega 9 fatty acid.
(6)အသက္ရႉႏႈန္းကို မျမန္ေအာင္ေနပါ. This is a very good point, the slow breath or concentrate in the breath process is a big role to control your stress level. For example, if you pay full attention on your breath pattern, it is become a kind of meditation and can reduce your stress. In can boot the healthy hormone level and metabolic rate for your body.
