QUICK FACTS

Entry Fee: $125 per boat before June 9; $150 per boat after June 9
Over $15,000 in cash and prizes to be awarded (based on 100 entries)
Two Divisions: Red Drum (single heaviest fish) and Flounder (heaviest two-fish aggregate)
Winners based on boat’s heaviest two flounder aggregate and/or single heaviest red drum
TWTs: Single Big Flounder, Single Big Red Drum, Two-Flounder TWT, and Aggregate (one flounder/one red drum)

Live Weigh-In encouraged but not required (no penalties)

SPECIAL PRIZES

Live Weigh-In Bonus: Weigh in your flounder and/or red drum alive and get an extra $10-$20 payout per fish ($10 per flounder and/or $20 red drum must be on the leaderboard).
SeaTow Prize: SeaTow will be awarding a $50 gift certificate to the SeaTow member that weighs in the heaviest single flounder and a $50 gift certificate to the SeaTow member that weighs in the heaviest single red drum.
Guaranteed Junior Angler Prizes: Each junior angler that weighs in a flounder or red drum will receive an Old Salt cast net (limit one per boat).
Igloo Marine Cooler Prize: Every boat that weighs in a flounder or red drum will be automatically entered into the Igloo Marine Cooler Raffle where we are giving away a 72-quart Igloo Marine Cooler. The Igloo Marine Cooler Raffle will be drawn Saturday at the Awards Ceremony, and you must be present to win.
BENEFICIARIES

The South Brunswick High School Aquaculture Program students learn the importance of science, environmental awareness, responsibility, citizenship, and service to the community. The SBHS Aquaculture Program’s goal is to increase the population of southern flounder in Southeastern NC while educating young students about the importance of the flounder fishery and fisheries management in general.
The Wilmington Elks #532 invest in their communities through programs that help children grow up healthy and drug-free, by undertaking projects that address unmet need, and by honoring the service and sacrifice of our veterans.
