Bloodwork isn't just for when your pet is ill. It also gives us a normal baseline to compare against if they do get sick. We also use annual bloodwork to track any trending changes and discover hidden changes. This can save you a great deal of money in the long run! By catching problems early we can avoid long hospital stays and delay the need for costly medications.

Offer your pet the best with our proactive adult lifestage plan!

I'm not sure why I wasn't asked to be a part of the video. My squat form would put all theirs to shame!

How much is one cup? Could the measuring cup you use be contributing to your pet's weight gain or weight loss? Absolutely!

This month I read Lily and the Octopus by Steven Rowley. This novel was recommended in the comments of last months book post and now I know why! What an amazing story! Beyond the story itself, this book delves into an important subject, grief. When we bring a pet into our lives, somewhere deep inside we know that we will one day have to say goodbye. But grieving doesn't start until they are gone... or does it?
“And then on the very last night of my twenties, when I held my new puppy in my arms, I broke down in tears. Because I had fallen in love. Not somewhat in love. Not partly in love. Not in a limited amount. I fell fully in love with a creature I had known for all of nine hours.”
