That I have some guidance on using social media! Seriously, I'm grateful that I can be in my family's home, the fourth generation to live here, in front of the fireplace with my beloved husband and adorable cat, with more family on the way. Doesn't get any better than this.

This article is a little off-topic for me, but it's SO important that personal training clients, especially those who are on a difficult personal journey, keep a positive attitude. Of course, that's part of my job in motivating them, but remaining thankful and forward-looking is a big part of it.

Finally! The Paleo Diet "doesn't jive with reality." We are largely herbivores. Use meat as a side dish, not the main dish. That is, if you use it at all.
