The men and women who serve in the United States Military make remarkable sacrifices for their country. While there is no way to truly repay the service given to the country by military personnel, at the very least it is possible to show them gratitude by providing financial assistance to those military children and their spouses who are struggling to meet the rising costs of college tuition.

IVET extends grants to veteran's spouse and children as well. Every single American must be made to understand that it is not simply the person who wears the uniform who serves his or her country.

These grants offer great benefits to survivors and dependents of military veterans. The financial assistance will certainly help to pay for education related costs, so that veterans’ families don't have to.

Military veterans who have left their families in order to take up the vital role to defend our nation are eligible to apply for veteran education grants. Through these grants veterans can receive assistance in the transition period back to civilian life. Veterans have sacrificed while serving and many may have missed opportunities to further their education or to develop skills that could help them succeed once they return home.

There are so many organizations out there for active duty, veterans and their families.  Over 44,000 if you would like me to put a number to it. They all offer a variety of resources and classes to help with the transition out of the military to civilian life.  But the real question is which organization out of that huge number is right for you?
