All an All, this was a great Campground. PRO's - Awesome staff, If at anytime you had a question or need ANYTHING, they was there and on the spot for the campers. A1 service in that area!!!!!!! Great FAMILY values shown all over there. Great for any type of family. From one hot awesome pool to a nice relaxing Jacuzzi. Great movies, great family race track and even a very nice pond, with some humongous catfish in it. All the people I ran into there was very nice and at all times you can tell it was held with great family values. BIG plus with us. CON's - There is noise from the Interstate, (Which we all know is pretty hard to get away from now a days). And the BIG downfall to us, we reserved a Deluxe site and to be honest I would NOT recommend that site. I didn't know we was going to have a site right out on the MAIN drag, and had to deal with ALL the traffic coming and going into the park. I do not and did not mind paying the extra fee for a very nice site,(and the site itself WAS a very nice site), but surely did NOT expect to be placed on main street of the grounds. Next time I reckon I should pay for a lesser site and hope to be placed somewhere in the middle or hoping the end. Having a bad site is the ONLY reason they lost ONE star from this review. But like I stated, All an All, it is a real nice Campgrounds for all types of folks. And do not forget - A PLUS service. When Stayed - Jun 17 to Jun 19 - 2016 Site 19

Thank you so much for staying with us John, and for taking the time to leave us such a detailed review that we know will help other guests in the future. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed our park, but do apologize that the placement of our deluxe site was not to your liking. We would have gladly attempted to move you during your stay if you had let us know you preferred a different area. We do hope you will come back to see us again and wish you all the best on your future travels.

I stayed in a cabin. It was about 50% more expensive compared to other KOA locations. Unlike typical KOA location, this cabin was finished with painted plywood or fiberboard and had a feeling of a garden shed. There were other cabins buit out of log on the property, that had televisions, for the price of a decent hotel room. Not at all the experience I expected from a KOA location.

Thank you for sharing your comments Mikhail, we do apologize that you were not satisfied with the prices of our cabins. We do our best to provide a great experience for everyone and will use your comments to improve where we can. We do hope you have a wonderful holiday season and wish you all the best.

I travel on business, and just needed a place to layover for 3 nights. Time was spent catching up on paperwork & cleaning, so I didn't use any of the ammnities Everything looked nice, but $51.00 per night was a bit too expensive. Next trip in this area, I'll look for something a bit cheaper..

Camp staff were very helpful and friendly. Campground was clean and well-cared for. My only detraction was the proximity to the interstate- I could hear traffic all night long. Having a camper and tow with a combined 60+ feet, it was nice not having to go so far down backroads, however. Would definitely stay here again!

Thank you so much for staying with us Garrett! We are so glad you enjoyed our park, and please accept our apologies for the noise from the highway. We do have some sites set further back from the road if you prefer. Hope to see you again soon!

Can't say enough about the staff and facility. The bathrooms are kept immaculately as well as the grounds. My children enjoyed the pool and playground immensely. We went out sight seeing and while we were gone a rain shower blew in, I was dreading back to our camper to find our belongings drenched but found that the staff here had moved everything under our slide out and kept it from getting wet. The staff has been incredibly helpful throughout our 4 day visit here. I've never camped at a campground comparable to the grounds, facility, or staff at the Manchester KOA. Thanks for such a nice stay!

Talk about livid! I made a reservation at the KOA in Manchester, TN on the 16 of April, as well as the rest of our two week long trip all the stops coincide with each other, so we didn't have to drive that much in one day. Today I got a call from "Lamar" stating that they were cancelling my reservation because they had a minimum requirement of three days. Or I could move it to another day. We have had this 2 weeks trip planned for weeks. This is one stop of several. Hence planning it out. It took you 8 days to notice you made a mistake? Or did you need the additional room for someone else? Have we met? I am going to let the entire world know how you treat customers. Sad! Really Sad

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. During the time you made your reservation, we were experience an issue with our computers that dropped the minimum stay requirements for all online reservations. As soon as this was noticed we reached out to you in an effort to resolve the issue. We apologize you felt that our effort was not good enough but we can only do so much. We do wish you all the best and safe travels throughout your upcoming trip.

Staff/owner writes the same response to every comment. The staff really has no life except to bother people. Very small place. Loud from the high way. Big Big problems.
