Sales was very helpful the test drive was good, no pressure sales. Ron Lewis was excellent, very customer orientated, attentive and extremely helpful. The one comment that I have is finance typed up the contract for the trade in payoff on the wrong vehicle. I did not notice until I returned home. I called them and they told me they would fix it without needing anything from me, however it would have been nice to have a follow up phone call to reassure me that they have corrected the problem and connected the correct payoff vehicle to the contract. Overall the experience of buying our new Rubicon was good. I would recommend Dick Hannah to others when looking for a good experience in car buying.

I have never purchased a new car and was not looking forward to the experience, my opinion has changed after my visit to Dick Hannah and after working with the staff. Burton Walters was amazing and made my day a fun and memorable time! Not only do I love my new Jeep Limited, I know that Burton will continue to provide customer service if I have questions in the future.

We planned on buying a Jeep. The first dealership was the worst experience we have EVER had, truly the type of dealer you hear the horror stories about. After being literally baited and switched, coerced and lied to, we left. After calling them unethical, we called up Dick Hanna because we knew they had the vehicle we wanted with the options we couldn't find anywhere else and set up an appointment for 30 minutes later. We arrived at the dealership, which was extremely large and impressive, and as we drove to the front we passed a sale man who smiled and politely waved. He walked over to us, and after a warm and genuine greeting started taking care of us. From the first eye contact, through the entire sales process and to our goodbyes, Justin made our experience great. We knew what we wanted, the price we were willing to pay, what a fair value of our trade in was, and what we hoped for. When we left, we felt the process was efficient, honest, respectful, friendly and actually (out of about 12new car experiences) one of the best car-buying experiences we have ever had. It sounds like we know Justin but we don't...the level of service we had seriously exceeded our expectations and feel that his boss needs to know, and other consumers need to know he is one of the good ones. It was also evident the level of training and knowledge the sales team gets because after doing some serious research on this particular vehicle (2014 jeep cherokee trail hawk) and thinking we knew everything, Justin pointed out some key features and benefits we did not know. We should also mention Sales Manager Chris... 1. Nobody wants to deal with the guy who is trying to get the most money out of you. 2. Nobody appreciates feeling haggled about pricing. The Senior Team at Dick Hannah should thank their lucky stars Chris is on their team and not buying vehicles as a consumer, getting the most he can because he is that good. He's clearly there to make money for the dealership, and, from two people who have been in the customer service business for over a combined 50 years, most of which has been owning and operating a service-based business, Chris gets it, and we cannot express how grateful we are to feel that we left last night from this dealership feeling we received the fair deal we expected with a level of customer service that exceeded our expectations. Chris drove home the fact that this dealership cares about people, and of coarse making a sale and some money... that's what they do. AND WE LEFT WITH THE JEEP WE WANTED!! Hope YOU have as great an experience here as we did!

Ali Shaer and Chilja Stevens were the two people I worked with to buy my first car (alone) I was very nervous and had alot of questions. Ali was the sales rep that was amazing! He made sure that I was comfortable with the car I was buying and made sure he kept in my budget range. I had visited the dealership on two separate days and he managed to remember me and remember what kind of car I wanted and the features that I did and did not want. He managed to find the perfect car in a small amount of time. Chilja was the financial person (the person that has a pile of paper that you have to sign) and she was great! She went page by page answering all my questions and taking that extra time to make sure I fully understood what I was signing. I would recommend these two to anyone who wants to buy a car especially if its there first time. They did a great job to make you feel confident and comfortable about your decisions and I absolutely love love love my new used car!

So I walk in there just trying to look at the car I wanted for my birthday. The guy immediately help us out. But we told him that were only there to look at a car and not interested on buying it yet. So he showed us the 2013 dodge dart unlimited. it has all the features that I was looking for a car. But not the color (it was laguna blue car). So he told us that there having a good deals on all the 2013 dodge dart because they were trying to get rid of it. Instead of 25k it will go down to 21k sticker price. So his boss came out and told us that if he can find us the same car, same features but black or red then can he earn my business. So i said yes. So the boss did his research and they told me that they found the car. So we went to hazeldell dick hannah dealership. I was so mad because its not what i expected. It was the same car but it doesn't have all the features that the car that I wanted. On top of that the gas cover was falling off. Told the guy about it and its seems like his mad. Saying that its an easy fix. And I told him no. So we went back to the dealership and I was ready to go home. Then he talk to us about getting the 2014 Dodge dart gt. Told him it wasn't on my price range. And he was like. what if i can give u the car for the same price as the other car that you wanted. But it doesn't have a navigation system or moon roof. and i was like sure. Went back inside so they can do my trade in on my 07 nissan versa (less than 51k and in good shape) they bought my car for around 6000 and i got a financing through my columbia credit union bank for 5.49 with 525 monthly payment and 1500 downpayment. So everything was settle,. then they made us switch from our progressive to their car insurance which is all state. But that saves us like $20 a month. after an hour doing the insurance we finally ready to sign the contract. Then when i was signing the papers i notice that the price of the car was more that what they told me. It was like almost $28,000. I ask the financing officer that that wasn't the price they told me. and the guys call the other guy and showed me that paper and on the right it has 28 grand on it. i thought i was only a paper saying that i approve the monthly payment and the interest rate. He was in a hurry when he tried to make me sign the paper that i didn't even have enough time to read it. Then I ask the guy about the durashield and lojack. Because it was added to my bill. And told him nobody mention that to me. And he was like it was included on the car. So after almost 9 hours in this dealership I just said whatever and just sign the paper because I was so tired and hungry and ready to go home. To end my story. I was in disappointed and they kinda mislead me about the price. I wasn't expecting to be paying 28 grand on a car and $36000+ total price. I love the car but its not worth 36 grand. Althought it has a lot of features. Lesson in life. Never trade in your car and never go to dealership when your tired and hungry. And next time read every single paper that they will make you initial or sign. (Also when I got home I saw the Sticker Price on my car ( the paper that they put on the window when their trying to sell a car) It says 25 grand on it. Called them about it and they were like that was the market price. And because of location bullshit it the price ended to 28 grand.

I recently took my vehicle into Dick Hannah for a routine check. Stacey in the service center went ABOVE and BEYOND!!! I'd been having trouble getting my loyalty rewards card. Even though it wasn't her department to handle, by the time my car was ready, she had my card and it completely registered for me. A++ for Stacey!!!
