Magic was the best salesman ever. He helped me find the best car for my daughter. He was so kind and really care about our experience and that we were both happy. The dealership was first rate. Aladdin was also wonderful as well. Both him and Magic made our experience the best ever!!! I will forever be grateful to them and Dick Hannah. Thank you all so much.

I have purchased 7 cars here now, that should speak for itself. I just bought my new truck from Destin and Fred they paid off my truck and gave me a phenomenal price on my truck. I love to deal with this dealership they make the whole process so easy. I wouldn't buy a car from any other dealer. Thank you Fred and Destin for making my experience priceless once again!

I just bought a new Jeep Wrangler Sahara through Dick Hannah Chrysler Jeep and had a great experience. Curtis Sprague was fantastic in making me feel comfortable all the way through the buying experience. He's a kind man with a big heart and never pressured me during the process. Everyone there was easy to work with. I'd definately recommend them. -James

Wonderful experience. You always hear of the dreadful experiences going to a dealership and getting passed around from salesperson to salesperson but we loved working with Curtis Sprague. He was so patient, kind, and personable. The finance manager Mike was very considerate when speaking with us about our horrible credit and we still left with a vehicle that not only fit our needs but our budget. I recommend them to anyone looking for a new car!!!

Mike and Fred were great to work with. Honest.... Which you don't see at a deerskin very often. We bought a used truck and they listened to what we wanted instead of trying to talk us into the hottest deal for themselves. Also Dick Hannah offers a 3 Month warranty on used cars. Unheard of in this day and age.

Had a fantastic expierence at Dick Hanna. They treated us with care and respect, especially Philip and Fred. We came in looking for one vehile and wound up leaving with two. They are amazing, up front and honest, a rarity in this day and age. Looking forward to working with the again as our needs grow. Thank you all for hard work, kindness and time!

Service dept is horrendous. You would expect better service when you've dropped thousands of dollars buying a car from them, but the truth is they will do everything and anything to get the car sold, after that you're pretty much on your own. Free tires for life sounds good, but the reality is not. Only covers tread depth, but if you have a blowout or a flat, it's not covered. Fine, but if you take your car anywhere else for your flat it voids the free tires for life. Makes sense right? So, we took the car to the dealership to replace the flat. They were "unable" to match the tires, telling us they get what's available. We're paying for this mind you, because it isn't covered. Was told we'd get a call when the tire came in, nope. No call. Had to call them. Fast forward about a year. We clip a curb, blow out a tire. Take it to the dealership and pull into the very busy service bay. A young blonde lady in extremely inappropriate yoga pants (severe camel toe, it was disgusting) says, and I quote "what do you need?" Well, we think we need a new tire, rim, and wheel cover, an alignment and an inspection to see if there's any damage we're unaware of. We're immediately told none of that will be happening today. Not, "let's see what we can do to get you back on the road," just nope, sorry. We had already figured that having dealt with the service dept before but her delivery of the message left us feeling overwhelmed in an already overwhelming situation. She walks away and comes back a few minutes later saying WE need to go talk to the guy in parts and she will talk to service. We talk to the guy in parts and he says service and shop handle their own parts, he's not sure why she sent us to him. We go back to the girl who rolls her eyes and makes some calls and talks to another lady. They tell us to go back to parts and talk to the other guy. The "other guy" while very polite spent about 15 minutes helping someone in front of us while the original parts person we spoke to is just standing there helping no one. We explain the situation to him, and he starts looking for a tire. He has to ask us what kind of tires we have on the car. Turns out there is NOTHING in the fancy schmancy computer system's service records. The only record they have is our name, not even the car we purchased or any of the service or maintenance they've performed. Frustrated, I walk out to yoga pants and tell her this isn't running smoothly, and that we are getting the run around, nobody knows what they're doing, that as busy as they are we can't possibly be the only people in history to have driven in there with this issue, can we please make this go a little better? Her response is "oooookkkkkkkkk..." At which point another lady says the guy in parts has it handled, she thinks. I just came from parts, if he had it handled I wouldn't have come out here to ask why the process is too hard for them. The parts guy looks at the tire, seems surprised there are three different tires on the car (even though they're the ones that did that) tells us it's in our best interest to match the tires already on there and proceeds to give us a quote for $137 just for the tire. This is higher than the previous quote from the other parts guy so we question it, and like magic he found a tire $50 cheaper. Getting the parts dealt with, we address a "loaner" which is actually a rental at $35 a day, but we have to go to work, etc and have no problem paying the charge to get on the road. The vehicle they gave us was FILTHY. Garbage on the floors, (a fake fingernail, wtf) beads, spills on the floors and doors and back seat, dirty windows. All of which would have been fine if we weren't paying $35 a day for it. Tldr; if you purchase a vehicle from Dick Hannah, be prepared to be on your own as soon as you leave the lot, even with a warranty or their "free" this or that. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from Dick Hannah, and will advise anyone I know in the market for a vehicle to steer clear.

We've had nothing but trouble with this dealership and are taking our business elsewhere. It has been multiple issues, the worst of which was telling us nothing was wrong with our truck after we brought it in multiple times for engine bay noise and being told "that's a normal sound". Took our Ram to VW unlimited where they found the failing U joint in minutes. The Dodge techs never even apologized when we told them. Another time our truck was brought in and we reported severe condensation, they told us nothing was wrong. Told them to keep it another week and figure it out, they called back and said nothing was wrong. We picked it up and due to rain didn't need to haul our horses anywhere for awhile so it sat unused for 3 weeks. Went to go use it, the entire cabin was covered in water and mold. They told us it would be over 10,000 to fix and since it was their fault, they'd waive labor. Turned out they had never performed a water test and missed the broken seal that was letting in all the moisture. Our insurance refused to cover it because they saw the negligence on the dealerships part. Once they realized we wouldn't pay, and the insurance wouldn't pay, they claimed that they NOW realized that instead of having to replace the whole cabin they could just clean it. Which they did, and I'll admit they did a great job. But not before trying to scam us and our insurance for something that was their fault. I could go on but what's done is done. Avoid them if you can. If like us you are still under warranty and HAVE to have a dealership, find another one. We are going to try Gresham Dodge.
