Parker Graham, a star Brazilian Jiu Jitsu student from KnuckleUp, shares what it's like to win his first Brazilian Jiu Jitsu world title.  Having studied Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and martial arts since the age of seven, Graham participates in a dozen BJJ tournaments a year to assess and sharpen his skills. Graham received his first world title after competing in the IBJJF No-Gi Worlds in November, crediting his BJJ training under Master Ricardo Murgel and Quentin Rosenzweig (a BJJ black belt under Murgel) as well as his training partners at KnuckleUp at Sandy Springs and Alpharetta.

Considered one of KnuckleUp's most loyal members, Rachel Seltzer shares her inspirational story of reclaiming her physical fitness level after the damage done by Chron's disease. To get her body back in shape, Seltzer utilized the KnuckleUp gym to train in Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, which helped her to regain muscle, strength and self-confidence. Today Seltzer is a shining example of women's fitness at KnuckleUp in both practice and competition.

Rising Brazilian Jiu Jitsu star Alex Enriquez talks about her experiences as an instructor of Kids BJJ at KnuckleUp. Enriquez understands and appreciates Kids BJJ classes because she started out taking them from age eleven. Now at 16, she's proud of the dedication and commitment of her students as she teaches them all the lessons that helped shape her into the successful Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competitor she is today. Enriquez sees Kids BJJ as a positive way for kids to find their own strength, skills and confidence as well as a way to introduce kids self-defense to combat bullying.

KnuckleUp mixed martial arts instructors Chazz Walton and Dave Vitkay continue their current winning streaks with impressive wins at Legacy 47, held Oct. 16 in Atlanta. Walton opened the Legacy 47 MMA main card with a spectacular—and quick—submission victory over opponent Josh Millwood. In the main event, Vitkay impressed with a win at the end of the second round. KnuckleUp fighters Devorious Tubbs and Nick Sprayberry also had noteworthy showings for the gym.
