Everything should be back to normal in the Android app. Make sure you have the latest Android version. (v3.0.2)
I am still working to find someone to help me with the iPhone app but hopefully this will be fixed too.

I am experiencing serious server issues with the Conscious server and I am in the process of migrating everything to a shiny new server and database. I am sorry for this. I hope that in a couple of days everything will be right on track once again.

Be aware of living things

Become mindful of creatures, small and big, around you, such as a human, a dog, a bug or a mosquito. Notice life pulsating in them and also in you. What is the difference between a rock and a living thing?

Watch your breath

Breath is with you in every moment of your life. Keep some attention on your breath throughout the day. Notice its many forms while walking, sitting, climbing up the stairs, laying in bed, talking with other people etc.

As you probably have noticed, some of the challenges have a video or picture attached to it to complement the text of the challenge. If you know of good videos related to one of the current challenges, feel free to send it my way and I will add it inside the app.

I'm working on selecting the new batch of challenges for the app. It would be great if you could comment on which challenges you found most useful and which were not effective at all until now.

Also, which types of challenges would you like to see more inside the app? And of course, I am open to any challenge suggestions.

Several times a day, stop and think about what you appreciate in that moment. It could be something about yourself, another person, the surroundings. If in doubt, keep looking until you do find something you appreciate.
