Do any of my smart friends who know anything about electricity have an explanation for the current figures in the pic?

My dishwasher handle broke while under warranty so I called GE and set up an appointment with South Texas Appliance Repair. They came out the next day. The technician had only basic tools (he needed to borrow one of mine) and had no parts. He told me the front panel had to be replaced and they would order one. Then he reassembled the dishwasher door and left. However that night the dishwasher wouldn't run. I called STAR (ha!) and left a message. They never called me back. So I took the door apart and put it back together myself, and the dishwasher worked again (although the handle was still broken) When STAR called me when the part arrived I asked why I hadn't been called back. I talked to the manager, Scott, who claimed they never got the message and when I told them I fixed a problem he caused he said I had voided the warranty and they didn't have to fix it now. I've read the warranty carefully and it doesn't say that. He was basically a little coward trying to avoid admitting his tech made the problem worse. He said he would call GE to verify, then call me back to confirm that he didn't have to fix it. 30 minutes later he called back and in a 7 second call said he had ordered the part. He didn't have the guts to admit he was wrong. 10 days go by, they call, schedule an appointment, and the tech comes out. He fits the part but the LED display breaks the same day. So I called them and they made an appointment. The next day they called back and said Scott, the manager, would come to look at it. On the appointment day the tech turned up, but no Scott. The tech said it was probably a manufacturing defect and they would order another. He returned 2 weeks later with the wrong part. Scott called that night and said they would order the correct part and he would call me back that night or the next day with information. He never called. 2 weeks went by, so I called them. They said "we think it's in the shipment that came in today, we'll call you tomorrow". They never called, so I called GE to complain. GE put me on hold and called STAR, who told the GE rep that the repair had been completed, which is obviously a lie. DO NOT give these people your money and if GE schedules a repair call with them, refuse it.
