Lawsuit alleges truck driver impaired during crash
Take a look at this article about a number of lawsuits that have been filed against a truck driver who collided with a bus in Oklahoma in September. The bus was carrying a softball team from a Texas college and the collision led to the deaths of three of the young teammates. At least three lawsuits have been filed by families of the victims, with one alleging that the truck driver was impaired at the time of the crash.
