Lots of good things, I'm sure. I understand the article is simple one investors analysis, which, for a lot of investors, may be helpful information. I think it speaks to a lot of hurdles, but does not actually conclude that there's a lack of potential. There are most likely older articles discussing Kohavi's original analysis of why he and his partners felt Chile was a worthy locale for testing the waters in the first place :)
