Skyship Combat Mechanics Part VIII

#Calidar's posting marathon is approaching the end. Have you kept up? Feedback is needed to start working on Version 1.3. As you may notice from the image embedded below, "Space Vikings" bridge the gap between traditional heroic fantasy and Science Fiction: there are worse things out there than mere dragons.

Hi all. I wanted to bring to your attention work in progress on combat mechanics for skyships & monsters. At the core, this is a cross between traditional RPGs and tactical strategy games. As these mechanics are non-edition specific, anyone can plug them directly into their preferred RPG. It is a work in progress. I'll be posting more of this material in the coming days. I'm looking for feedback and, when everything I have is posted, playtest comments. Thanks!

Hi, gang. I'm working on a set of combat mechanics for skyships & monsters. They fit between RPGs and tactical strategy games. Mechanics should plug directly into an ongoing campaign. I've posted several articles so far, with more on the way in the near future (...like tomorrow, Wednesday.) I need feedback and, when everything's posted on the blog, playtest comments if possible. I may test all this at Gary Con, next March. Thanks!
