One of the main complaints I hear as a long time member here is that of people who take things somewhat personally when others offer up counter points and differing opinions to their posts.

Please realize we won't always agree, but we will learn if we hear other members out...regardless if we find congruence.

Saying this, when discussing/debating/creating dialogue some members will just come off as too critical.

To help deal with this, I've included the following points with how to deal with critical members.

If none of this works, don't forget you can tag a mod, or even myself as a long time member and let us deal with it for you.

Cheers and have a great day :))
