So, the blog has been transformed. Now it's going to be 90% fishing shirts and 10% fishing blog. It'd be cool if a few of you guys might share this with your G+ friends. :) Might help me keep food on the table for another week. Thanks.

Limited time. Lots of sizes. Several Colors. Original art.
You know the pain and the shame of walking into your favorite fly shop and seeing another angler wearing the same shirt you're wearing. The abject horror. Both of you try to look away, but you can't. When you ask if they have...

"Hey Steve. This is Dave. Are we still on for August in Yellowstone?" "Hey Dave. Yes, we should be - but you realize this is only January, right?" Why is fly fishing so addictive!? What is it that makes people get up at 4:30 ...

Rebooting the Fishlicker blog/store today. Latest tees going up first. New design this morning as a matter of fact. Luke Skywalker riding a giant carp on hoth. Yes, really.

Jayme is as great a teacher as she is an artist. The class we took there was top notch and we couldn't be happier with our results. My wife, who hasn't done anything artistic since elementary school ( Hey, it's true! lol ) made the most beautiful bowls with Jayme's help and instruction. She was a very patient teacher and didn't mind our questions, even when they seemed to never stop. :) The small setting and one-on-one learning experience could not be better here and the price is right, too! This was our first clay class ever, but after doing it once - I'm sure we'll be making more art with Jayme. Such a nice person to deal with. Book a class. It's worth twice what she charges.

We haven't bought a car from them yet - but we will. I'm actually holding out on looking elsewhere until they get something in we like. Why? Because we just had the most laid back, non-pressured, wonderful experience there last weekend. And all the other reviews - look, you may have had problems with your car - but you know, they sell USED CARS there. There's no warranty. It says so right there on the window of every single car. It's YOUR responsiblity to inspect the car you're buying. If you're too stupid to know a bad car when you see one - how is that their problem? No one forced you to buy a car there. Look - Two of the bad reviews start exactly the same (maybe change it up a bit next time you add yet ANOTHER review to the tally whoever you are), one person is mad because they can't personally talk to Mitch. (Get over yourself) and another review has to do with them not holding a truck for you? Absurd. Do you know how many people probably call them and say "Oh, I'm coming to look at that car" and then NEVER show up? You get a big "c'mon man" for that. PS - good faith deposits aren't refundable. That's why it's called a "good faith deposit" and not a "reservation fee." You backed out, you don't get your money back. As for the person who's upset that they "sold" their loan - omg. Do you really think they finance the cars themselves? PS - pay your car payment and your car won't be towed. I know this has been kind of a rant, but I really hate to see good companies smeared by clueless people who think the whole world should revolve around them. Take some responsibility for your own stupidity and/or ignorance. Not everything is someone else's fault. See ya soon, Mitch Simpson sales guy. You were the nicest, most informed salesman we talked to all weekend. PS - If you doubt my review - just click the "merchant circle" link and take a look at the 4.7 out of 5 they got there. Dang, G+ users are a sorry bunch...

I'm not sure who they paid to write the positive reviews, but I can tell you the truth - do not waste your money here. I'll just list for you the places in Dahlonega that are better: 1. Everywhere. The end. Ignore this warning and you'll be sorry.

I hate to write this review. I really do. Two years ago we were telling everyone that we'd found the perfect pizza joint in Gainesville/Dawsonville. Then, something happened. They lost their liquor license - we don't' drink, so that wasn't a big deal to us...but then something went screwy with the management - the good mgmt left for Florida and some new people bought it. Nothing would change they told us. We were regulars and they promised us that nothing was going to change. In 6 months EVERYTHING had changed. From ridiculous stuff like not being able to pay at the register AND the fact that no one other than your server could check you out - to disappointing salads and suddenly ho-hum pizza. So why did I write this review now? Because we are STILL looking for a good pizza place to replace the OLD Johnny's. The one in Gainesville is no better than this "new" one. Why do all the great things you love always have to change? Ah life, you punch us in the face so often. :p The closest we've come to finding another great place is Little Italy in Gainesville, but it is in serious need of a remodel. So...yeah....you changed everything Johnny's and now I guess you just depend on people who are visiting the outlet mall and aren't local. Oh well. Life goes on.

If only EVERY COMPANY ran their business like Gallery Street! Fast, efficient, extremely helpful and always willing to go above and beyond. As long as I can go to Gallery Street, I'll never need another art printing company for any of my work. Trust me, there is only one Gallery Street and whether you're an amateur scribbler or a seasoned professional artist - If you're anywhere in the Southeast, you should be using them. Period.

There are at least 10 gun stores within 50 miles of my home. I may stop by to look at other stores, but if I'm buying - I'm buying at Foxhole. Just got a great deal on an AR there not long ago and the folks working there are the BEST. They have archery stuff too and lots of accessories, holsters, etc.
