Two stars for the food and two extra stars for the waitress. The waitresses was a Persian lady, so polite and provided excellent service. But the food was not like Persian foods. I ordered salmon Fesenjan that was salmon with one spoon of Fesenjan or two, that it is not a kind of Persian Fesenjan, because Persian Fesenjan is not less than a soup bowl. Also the rice was exactly Mediteranian rice that I do not like it. Is it realy a Persian restaurant, or it is Meditarinian seving some Persian foods?

My wife and I just celebrated our anniversary at Pars Cove. It is also the first time we have been back since I proposed to my wife. It is just as good as I remembered. The service and food was fantastic. Appetizer, soups, entrees, desserts, and drinks for $55. They also gave us champagne and a rose. It is family-owned and they put a lot of work to make it an authentic and romantic experience. I highly recommend!!!

I had the Lamb Kabob. The meat was cooked nicely, the basmati rice, however, had a little too much butter. The staff was nice and helpful-- the men's restroom wasn't very clean. In all, I would definitely recommend this restaurant for those wanting to try Persian cuisine.

By far the best Persian restaurant in Chicago. Delicious home-style food, cooked to perfection with sensitivity and respect. Have been eating here for over twenty years now and even though I no longer live in Chicago, a meal at Pars Cove is a must each time I come back for a visit.

Fantastic service, excellent food, and reasonable prices to boot. And an excellent host as well, definitely worth going to.
