I can’t really say that I had an amazing experienced probably because I expected so much being a Chinese restaurant in Dorchester Hotel. As anyone would expect it’s a bit pricey and there are better Chinese restaurant I have been. Their dim sums are tasty and less oily but as I said pricey.

great quiet place to enjoy dim sum, a little over priced but very good quality so you do get what you pay for. makes a change from the fast paced in out feel of china town. sit relax with a glass of bubbly, chatting whilst having some delicious dumplings.

China Tang's both a restaurant and a cocktail bar and the room's gorgeous - all dark wood and pale blue. The people-watching here is equally high-quality; international business types and their "girlfriends", gingerly pushing a spring roll round a plate so they don't get it on their white jeans. The bar has a dream combo of skilled bar types who can make drinks to suit and lots of luxe spirits. We asked for something fruity, with gin, and were rewarded with pewter tankards stuffed full of berries and booze. At £12 a pop, it's more pricey than anywhere I tend to usually frequent, but less pricey that I'd expect of somewhere this fly. I'm probably never to come here again (the wrong area for me) but, for a one-off, it was definitely interesting. PS. My friend has asked me to point out that they play Radio 4 in the toilets. Toilets which are, incidentally, about the size of my living room.

Luxury Chinese restaurant attached to the Dorchester Hotel. Exceptional in every way, but of course, expect to pay an appropriately large bill.
