Foam Rollers are more than just a tool for self myofascial releases. They can also be used to build strength and stability. The unstable curved surface of the foam roller adds to the difficulty of an exercise, as your body will need to recruit more muscles to stay stable and correctly perform the exercise.

Discuss with your Physiotherapist about whether these exercise progressions can be added to your rehab program.

{Life Hack} Frozen Yogurt Covered Blueberries
Ingredients: Blueberries & Greek yoghurt (choose your favourite flavour). 
Simply toothpick your blueberries, dip them in yoghurt and place on baking paper on a tray and then pop them in the freezer. After about an hour they are ready, take them out, put them into a ziplock freezer bag and store them in the freezer.
