If you Are a Delhiite or have visited Delhi, you can see them everywhere, markets, bus stands, streets. Delhi wale chole Kulchey are different. They are named chole but actually, they are dried white peas chaat served with a soft baked bread called Kulchey. I tried them at home and they came out awesome.
