I traveled from San Francisco because a friend of mine told me she had an amazing experience and got a GREAT deal when she bought her car. I am happy to report that she was not lying! I was so pleased with the Sales and Service Staff! They made browsing for cars a pleasant experience (They didn't harp on me like other car salesman do at other dealers) and really gave me time to make sure I made the right choice while also answering every question I had about several car models. I would certainly recommend this to any of my family or friends who are looking to buy a reliable care for an awesome price.

Best car buying experience, EVER. My husband and I own our own business so we buy cars fairly regularly and have had some really bad experiences; when it came time to upgrade my ride, I was very hesitant to want to deal with the hassle! I had been shopping around and spotted a beautiful, gold Cherokee here and decided to ask about it. All of my questions were answered and never did I feel the high-pressure sales spiel I've always dealt with when shopping for a new car. From the sales consultant, Mateo, and sales manager, Dino; to the finance manager, Jr, everything went smoothly and was really relaxed! I got an amazing deal with no hassle and, more importantly, no HUSTLE!! It was a pleasure doing business with these guys and I will be a repeat customer, for sure!

My husband and I had a great experience at the dealership! Mr. Darwin Williams worked with us, met our needs and was very polite and respectful. We love our new Impala and are happy with the price we paid for it. I know for sure that next time we will buy a car - this is the place we'll go to first!

This place is built upon lies! Both my wife and I bought 2 cars from them. I traded in my Ford F-250 for a Pontiac G8, and we had a verbal agreement that they would buy my Ford for 16,000 and instead I was a dummy and didn't check out the paper work and later found out they gave me 13,000 for it. Also my wife wife traded in her Volkswagen GLI in for a crappy Dodge Nitro and also had a verbal agreement that they would pay all the fees that was left over on her lease for the Volkswagen which summed up to be 5,000 in fees that they added right on to her other loan. They took advantage of the fact that we had a 2 year old running around and that we were overly trusting. But yes it is our fault that we didn't read the paper work careful enough, but we thought they were good for they're word considering we had such good experiences at other car dealerships. Just writing this is making my blood pressure go up. Please save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else so you don't become a victim to these crooks.

Leonardo Padilla helped me get my new 2015 Dodge Ram. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Right of the bat he asked what I was looking for and showed me over 10 new trucks. As soon as we found the one I wanted, he went ahead and got me approved And gave me an amazing deal. I went to two other dealers prior to going to Vacaville dodge and no one was able to find me what I was looking for. My family and I are very happy with the service Leonardo provided and will definitely recommend him and the Vacaville dodge staff. 5star service!!! I originally wrote a great review about this place and so did my husband however I will have to retract my review. A month later and we realize we were taken advantage of by the financing staff. We were naive to sign their paperwork before they had printed out the numbers but we were advised "don't worry about it, just sign it. It's X amount like we said". To make a long story short we signed for GAP INSURANCE ON A CAR WE WERE REFINANCING AND SALES TAX. Why are they charging us sales tax on a vehicle that we've already paid for?! Why would we agree to GAP insurance on a vehicle we've already had for years previous?! And then another $1500 for a 2 year service contract we were told was for the vehicle I purchased that day, NOT the refinance! All-in-all we were swindled into an extra FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS on our auto loan. We should have been more educated before working with them, yes, but I definitely would not go here if you are inexperienced in the process or if you are looking for trustworthy people who will work with you to get you the best deal they can truly offer.

So happy with my new car and enjoyed the process here. Danny hooked me up and took care of me. Honest and reliable they will try to do what they can no matter what. I would recommend my friends to look here first to avoid hassle at any other place.

The service here was excellent and as fast as humanly possible. Surf and Junior were especially attentive to our needs as customers and were incredibly understanding of the fact that we had our less than cooperative daughter with us. My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the trade in value given to us for her old car and were able to get her into a new vehicle. But it didn't stop there. I was able to refinance my vehicle and brought my 17.75 Apr down to around 3.4... In a nutshell, Surf hooked it up. Do yourself a favor and check these guys out.
