Lovely place to have dinner. Amazing vast wine selection. The prime rib dinner on Sunday evening for $40 is a great deal and very tasty 3 course meal. The chocolate lava cake is my favorite and a must order. Service is good.

Good but not great. Ordered a recommended bottle of wine, left most of it behind. Calamari was not the norm, had a strange blend of spicy and sweet. Wedge salad was okay, but nothing to write home about. Had the peppercorn steak, came with some stramge 17 ingredient sauce, tried it, did not like it. Steak was not a five star cut of meat. All in all a lot of hype, for pricey average food, left without trying desert.

I think the food was priced like a high end steak hours (Donovan's, Morton's, Ruth's Chris) however the steak just wasn't to that level. The service was good, so too was the ambiance of the restaurant, however I expected a higher quality and better prepared 8 oz. filet if I'm going to spend over $40. However, I will admit our waiter was great and the mints up front were very good (a round chocolate soft mint). Probably will go to Donovan's next time. Much better quality steak for same price.

What a wonderful evening. A quiet romantic corner with candle light and rear steak and my girlfriend had seafood and we ordered a bottle of wine and it was amazing. The greatest experience as good as it was in Royal India in the Gaslamp. I just cannot forget about it. The best Indian restaurant of my life time, now I have more favorite restaurants in San Diego. I had our good time and enjoyed the dinner and loved it.
