This place has huge potential. It's one of the closest privately owned RV parks near the entrance to Kings Canyon and Sequoia, but it has been trerribly neglected. When we were here in April 2014, we learned it was changing ownership and the previous owner had died. Many abandoned mobile homes and the few with occupants were pretty trashed. Many had dogs tied up out side that barked a lot. Hopefully it will be nice one day. The camp hosts were very nice and appreciated the RV business.
