As international tourism continues to increase in ‪#‎Bhutan‬, preserving the country's cultural heritage is vital.

‪#‎Myanmar‬ Tourism will get another boost as it establishes the Tourism Development Bank. This proposed development bank will provide loans, technological assistance and communications for tourism-related events.

Myanmar's tourism sector showed a profit of US$1 billion in 2014 which is expected to double this year.

The Newsweek Green Rankings are one of the world’s most recognized assessments of corporate environmental performance.

Based on research from Corporate Knights Capital, along with a “Green Revenue” score powered by HIP (Human Impact + Profit)  Investor Inc., the 2015 iteration of the project features eight indicators that are used to assess and measure the environmental performance of the world’s largest publicly traded companies.

Green Rankings are a great tactic in evaluating how to invest, what to buy and where to shop.

World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) calls for increasing international financing for tourism development.

Despite Tourism being a high impact economic activity, a major job generator and key export sector accounting for 6% of total world trade, tourism receives only 0.78% of the total Aid for Trade (AfT) disbursements and a mere 0.097% of the total Official Development Assistance (ODA)
