Triangle Iron Design did superb job with the wrought iron work on my new rose trellis and the new railings for the front of my house. The rose trellis, in particular, is truly a work of art, much more beautiful than I had imagined possible. The climbing roses I will be planting in about a month will make it even more beautiful, but even without them, the trellis itself is truly gorgeous, and everyone who has seen it so far has had nothing but praise and admiration for the beautiful iron work. I cannot praise Triangle Iron Design highly enough.

Rick came over to my house in Raleigh this morning and did a terrific job fixing all four of my Black Forest clocks I had bought in Germany over the past 25 years. I had just moved back home to Raleigh (where I grew up in the 1960s) after teaching for four decades at Rutgers University in NJ. None of the clocks were working after the clocks were unpacked from the shipping boxes. I was afraid I would never get them to work again. But Rick came to the rescue. He was superb in every way: friendly, helpful, thorough, knowledgeable, fair, and just a really nice guy. That is the sort of professional I had hoped for, and that's exactly how Rick is. He and his wife Crystal are extremely helpful and provide superb customer service. Rick's home visit to my house this morning to fix all my clocks went extremely well. Since I had get all four of the clocks repaired, fine tuned, oiled up, and re-set, his home visit was the perfect solution. I could not possibly have asked for me. Truly, the Greater Raleigh Area has a treasure in Clocktiques, and I feel re-assured that I can turn to Rick and Crystal again in the future if I ever need help with the clocks. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Prof. John Pucher
