If I could give less than one star, I would. The worse of the worst of the worst. a Tier 1 technician worked on my new laptop with Windows 7 OS as if it was windows 8 OS and the entier ecomputer crashed. I told him it was Windows 7, but he clearly heard "new laptop" and proceeded. After days and hours and unbelievable efforts to get the issue fixed by incompetent and untrained Microsoft technicians, finally, finally, finally 3 days later a nice guy suggested that I take the computer in to have the hard drive copied because there was no "guarantee" that all my documents could be saved. That cost $140. Then I had to have an onsite tech visit to have my computer formatted for $127.50. Total of $267.50. Last week I was told that a repayment to me for those expenses "sounded reasonable" and to give the tier 2 Supervisor 24 hours to make it happen and that he would call me back. Of course no call ever came. It is now 5 days later and I am told there is no way they can pay me for the money that their mistake caused me to spend to save my NEW laptop that MICROSOFT destroyed. In my business, we have to make good our mistakes. Mistakes happen. Of course. But it is the way that mistakes are handled that determine the integrity of the organization. Microsoft has no integrity that I can see. Rest assured. I will never own another Microsoft product. They simply DO NOT CARE about the individual. All of the tech support people are nice and polite. They all say "I am so very sorry for your inconvenience". BUT they can't do anything, the calls get dropped, they never call when they say they will, it takes days and days and hours of my own time, down time from work that produces my commissions that I live on, but MICROSOFT the Corporation doesn't care because they don't have to. Shame on Microsoft. The WORST ever in my experience. Which is considerable since I deal in technology for a living.

Tech support was so rude. They hung up me and insulted me. I spent $1000 on this computer and the tech rep he laughed when I told him I was upset. He said I can laugh if I want too. I told him it was the Jewish holiday and I had to go. he said Jews and then laughed. Jew hater!!

Absolutely the worst phone and support service I have ever dealt with for 365 Office. I have been on the phone with over 14 different call centers and 14 different people and continue to get transferred to person 15 now and still waiting . Started this at 10 AM this morning it is now 12:30 PM and still no answer. 2 1/2 hours to do this: All that I am trying to do is to simply update a incorrect typed email address and to replace a phone number from a previous work number to the current number for my 365 online account. This is pathetic service and even worse service as each so called support employee tells me they are sending me to the correct person and then that person tells me they are not the person to talk to after waiting 20 minutes to talk to them and sends me to another 20 minute wait. The bottom line if you ever make the mistake of changing your password to your 365 account and wish to then update your phone or email address you have to wait 30 days to change this information. I even called Redmond to no avail, they simply have there hard core rules and you will go with them, wait or go away, that simple. The most inflexible company I have ever dealt with the worst customer uncaring and foreign out side the US support ever experienced.

Thank you for flipping up Skype. Thank you for flipping up Nokia. So, if I had any doubts before, now I've made up my mind about both. You manage to ruin pretty much everything you buy. Great news is the competition doesn't even have to try too hard. Your business development experts are your own worst enemies. Congratulations you guys, at this rate you'll be out even before apple. So please buy them the most luxurious Lexus limos, I couldn't be any more thankful. Yahoo!

what a joke! try to reset my old account password and the only questions they ask for security are the only ones i cant answer ie, last card used ... i have never used any cards through my account so how can i answer or reset my password
