Love this place. The atmosphere is excellent and the owner is super friendly. Food is outstanding - I would recommend the escargot, so delish. Overall, food and drinks earn two thumbs up.

Came here for my anniversary...ask the waiter if this is was reservation only he said no then I ask if i could a get a table inside he said I had to wait and i could take a table that was available outside right away which is fine then his manager walks by and say something to him that did not make sense (I was standing right next them when they were talking) and now the 4 empty tables outside I had to wait.. I did not want to get into it on my anniversary so my girl and I just walk to copley to have a nice diner...forget this place, I will never come back...

I went here for dinner with my husband and his parents and was pretty underwhelmed by the food, atmosphere, and service. I wasn't wowed, but would give it another shot because we accidentally went during restaurant week. With all the great restaurants the South End has to offer, it probably won't be for a while though.

Everything done right traditional Parisian fare prepared perfectly to order. Had the escargots, a Loire valley red and the steak frites. Didnt mess up the medium rare (a point) and the venison medallions my brother got were very good too.

Classic french bistro, no surprises. the dishes were classical french dishes, everything was cooked perfectly, service was very good, atmosphere was great (we went Friday night, probably better to reserve in advance). French Fries was not home cooked, which was a bit disappointing, but otherwise recommended. the price was very decent as well.

beef bourguignon ingredients not close to Julia Child's. Sauce too sweet. Mushrooms & small onions not found. Buttered noodles that came with coq au vin had little taste - how do you ruin buttered noodles?

Went there yesterday with my wife. The food was outstanding especially the bread (the best in town so far) which came crispy right from the oven, yummy:) We had escargots and pates, both wonderful. Our main courses: beef burgundy and coq au vin were great. Will definitely go back

Great location. love sitting outside in the Spring and Summer. Then a stop by the Wine Emporium for once you get home.
