Nice location ! Yet you no 5 star quality to the rooms Rooms are too small I booked a twin room with my mate We were coming for an exam in London The hotel concept of a twin room is very crooked ! They put us in a tiny room with two beds intimately sticking together ! We tried to put the bed apart it didn't work They nicely offered a bigger alternative, where we could actually put the beds apart But that came at an extra £30 charge Which we strongly decided they don't deserve An official complaint to a regulating authority is definitely coming their way And all that bragging in the official website about a fibre optic broad band is a lure ! You will certainly be told at the reception desk to pay for it ! No more than three stars from me No more staying here I won't recommend it to anyone dear There are way better choices out there

Very clean and well-maintained. The service was excellent and the neighbourhood is very nice. It's convenient to most areas in London and the airport.

I stayed at the Regency Hotel for the second time 2 weeks ago and cannot say enough good things about my stay there. The people on the front desk are extremely helpful and very professional. The rooms are small which is normal for European hotel rooms but were immaculate and really nice - newly renovated. We had breakfast downstairs and it was delicious. I had stayed there in 2010 and loved it so that it why I returned. There are cheaper places to stay in London but I chose The Regency because it is THE BEST!

Great hotel in superb location for exploring London... We only stayed here for one night as we were attending a concert at the nearby Royal Albert Hall. This hotel was reasonably priced for London and the staff on the front desk were polite and welcoming. The room was small but immaculately clean with a very modern interior. Perfect for what we wanted. Just a short walk away you will find the Natural History Museum, Science Museum, Royal Albert Hall and Hyde Park. There are also a number of fabulous bars and restaurants and thanks to reviews found on Google maps we were soon eating at a great restaurant. Would return here again.

Awful service, no room when pre booked, returned later that day and still no room and had to wait in reception for over an hour gone midnight, applied for small amount on credit card and debited over 5 times the amount and did not return to my account for over a week....still waiting and offer to return calls and no one returns calls. way over priced for London will stay in better and friendlier hotel next time....

A great hotel. Nice and clean and in a good position close to the tube and within walking distance to Kensington Palace. Nice room and a good bathroom. The bed was a bit hard though.
