Spent the weekend at Wine Valley Inn & Cottages with some girlfriends in one of the cottages, and couldn't be happier! From the minute we arrived, the staff was friendly and helpful and the grounds are SO beautiful and peaceful. Unfortunately our jacuzzi wasn't working (wouldn't get hot) but the staff was accommodating and helpful and came right over to look at it. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and beautiful - I will definitely be going back! Thank you!!

We had a wonderful time in Solvang and our stay at the Wine Valley Inn. We did the Spa package and absolutely loved the married couple massage therapists! A few minor quirks with not having rooms ready on time and only one person working the desk at check in time, but other than that it was a great experience. As previously stated in a review, the a/c unit is noisy but not unbearable.

I've stayed at the Wine Valley Inn in the past and quite enjoyed my experience. This time, not so much. My mother-in-law came to visit from out of town so we decided to take her to one of our favorite areas in Southern California, the Santa Ynez Valley. The WVI offered the perfect accommodations with their loft we thought. Everything just felt a bit dirty. The bathroom didn't look like it had been cleaned, the couch felt grimy, and the pullout bed was a joke. It felt like my wife and I were sleeping on a hammock filled with rocks and rusty springs. Every time I moved even an inch, a spring would pop. BOING! All through the night. I'm willing to give the WVI another chance given the fact that I've stayed there before and enjoyed the place. But I have to say, the room we got was a lemon.

Hotel was quaint and well cared for. Our room was small but clean and fairly quiet. Got a great price and located near the center of town. Cottages look like they are really nice. Landscaping is beautiful. Asked for a late check-out and they were fine with it.I would stay there again. Only downfall was there is limited parking in lot, but plenty on street.

I would not consider this a luxury hotel. We were in a room with no windows in which to see outside (it had four square, decorative windows above our reach). It had a noisy box AC in the wall that was inadequate for the size of the room. The beds were awful, the shower faucet was broken, and the bathroom vanity had all the veneer peeling off. Breakfast was mediocre - chaffing dishes with scrambled eggs and sausage, canned OJ, white bread and english muffins. Nothing I would consider healthy. We will not stay here again.

We had a very nice stay at your property! The only issue we had was that the walls are paper thin. We were disrupted late into the night. The only other suggestion I have is to furnish more bath towels. Other that was great!
