Our classic, deep pan & thin'n'crispy dough starts its life each morning as Australian flour, water and yeast. Measured to precision, mixed and rolled fresh in store every day. It's then left overnight to rest and mature, developing taste and texture, because perfection can't be rushed. And to top it off, making fresh daily means we don't need any preservatives, because sometimes it's what's left out that matters most.
We're extremely proud of our preservative free dough, but this is just the beginning of our journey and commitment to remove all artificial colours, flavours and preservatives from the menu within the next two years #preservativefree
