Grandma didn't get the shot, she was mesmerized by the moment and didn't react quick enough...Brysun grabbed my face and gave my chin a sloppy open mouth kiss that toddlers do and started wiggling down to go play...Braidyn is peeling the white bits of the orange and dropping them on Musako, who of course, is oblivous...as usual :-)

This is my grandsons, Braidyn & Brysun...and, of course, Musako...oblivious as usual...but Brysun is up to something, he's looking at Grandpa with a grin and Grandpa is distracted by Grandma

"That publishing model is like a 1950s record label," says Will Harbin, CEO of Kixeye, a free-to-play game publisher. "If I wanted to make a console game, I'd have to raise $50 million or have some BS relationship with a studio or hardware manufacturer. The Internet has, pillar by pillar, destroyed old industries and given consumers and publishers a direct one-to-one relationship. Pre-Internet helped the middle man, and we say f---- the middle man."

Braidyn is munching away on his orange, Brysun is reaching up, Grandpa notices Brysun reaching up...and, of course, Musako, oblivious as usual.

This is Musako...out cold, snoring & oblivious...he's hyperactive one minute and out cold the next and he sleeps hard.  My oldest Grandson named him (he's 3, his brother is 1-1/2).

Introduction
I embrace diversity and love learning about other cultures and history, life is an adventure and I have a fascination with the world around me, feeling the awe of Life from watching the sunrise to watching the sunset and gazing at the stars.  I'm an information sponge and love learning new things, besides being a chef I also write poetry, draw, and play guitar.

I'm a headbanging, fist-pumping old school metalhead but I'm also a small town country boy, enjoying things like the local watermelon festival, a cold beer on a Saturday night, Iced Tea and grandma's fried chicken, but don't worry I never got into the cow-tipping thing :P

I'm a voracious reader and a science-fiction nut and love football (it's a religion here in the South!), baseball, hockey, golf, and WWE Wrestling, I usually don't care for basketball or racing (unless I'm actually at the track or it's the NBA Championship), I don't watch much TV but when I do it's usually tuned in on the educational channels such as History Channel, NatGeo, etc.

My love of cooking is born from my fascination with the world around me, it is one of those things that is both science and art, making it the total package for me.  I strive for perfection in the quality of the dish as well as the beauty of its presentation.

I've honed my skills in a variety of kitchens & cuisines for 20 years and started learning to cook before I was old enough for kindergarten.

I don't claim to be one of the best chefs in the world but I do have many happy customers that have said otherwise.  I do thank all them for the wonderful compliments, though :)
Bragging rights
I'm a survivor, I'll leave it at that. I've also traveled half the globe, swam with dolphins & scuba dived around the coral reef in the Caribbean.
